Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the remaining dues of the petitioner no. 1 of Rs. 4,23,442/- inrespect of the providing the goods and materials for the development work of the gram panchayat in the financial year 2020-21 ot 2021-22." 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned. 3. Prayer made is allowed. 4.
