GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in particular the Respondent No.5 as illegal and unlawful interference in dispute of Civil nature, has illegal, colorable exercise of power and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such suitable orders.” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and hence, the petition may be disposed of. 3.
