Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks for relaxation of the bail condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19th August, 2024. Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties the order dated 19.08.2024 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-Charge to the jurisdictional police station “once in a month until further orders” in place of “once in a week until further orders.” The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
