By the said judgment, authorities of State Bank of India were directed to release the pension of writ-petitioner with arrears, from due date, i.e. 31.03.2001. 4. Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that since pension has been released to the writ- petitioner (respondent herein), therefore, he has been instructed not to press the Special Appeal. 5.
