The civil writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was [2025:RJ-JP:1985] (2 of 2) [CW-179/2025] instituted before the trial Court in the year 2012 and more than 12 years have been passed therefrom, without interfering with the impugned order, the trial court is directed to decide the suit, if pending before it, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
