Special Appeal (Writ) No.73/2025 and the Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 08.04.2025 has stayed the effect and operation the order which was under challenged i.e. 01.07.2024. In view of the interim order passed by the Division Bench, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition at appropriate stage i.e. either disposal of the appeal or to get the interim order dated 08.04.2025 is vacated.
