1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for the following reliefs:-
“10.1. Issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce (1) Sohel Sk S/o Marjjem Shaikh, (2) Sahabul Sk S/o Adam Shaikh, (3) Inamul Mandal S/o Tamej Mandal, (4) Rahim Shaikh S/o Abdul Ajij Shaikh, (5) Sayan Sk S/o Safikul Sk, (6) Mehebub Sekh S/o Warech Sekh all of Mathurapur, P.O. Natidanga, P.S. Thanarpara Nadia, (7) Manirul Islam Mondal S/o Aner Mondalof Laxmipur, P.O. Natidanga, P.S. Thanarpara Nadia, (8) Ripon Sk S/o Ramjan Sk of Mathurapur, P.O. Natidanga, P.S. Thanarpara Nadia, (9) Enamul Biswas S/o Jamirul Biswas of Sahajipara, P.S. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present WPHC has become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and nothing remains in this petition to adjudicate. 3.
