In connection with the same, the petitioner made representation dated 25.11.2024 to the respondent Nos.1 & 3. Despite making the said representation, there is no action from the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader 2. for Irrigation placed instructions dated 05.05.2025, issued by the Executive Engineer, S.P Division No.1, Somasila. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that the bills are kept ready for uploading in OEMS portal. Since the portal is inactive, uploading of the bills could not be done. The said instructions further read that, the respondents are taking steps to see that, the payment is made to the petitioner within four (04) weeks. The said instructions are placed on record. 4 3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Irrigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to process the bills that are pending against the petitioner and release the same within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
