This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice issued in the Case No.T202305440100075 (Gaon Sabha Vs Shamsher Mall), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. And quash the entire proceedings in the light of mandate of Section 1(ii) of U.P.Z.A & L.R. Act, 1950 as expeditiously as possible within stipulated period, [filed as Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition]." 3. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the notice under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner can file his objections as to the maintainability of proceedings before the Tehsildar where proceedings are pending. 5. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already filed an application/objections in this regard on 2.1.2023. 6. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending. 7. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the objections filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before proceeding in the matter and after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
