After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Pankaj Sahni, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021. 4.
