(ORAL) Vide order dated 06.09.2023 (Annexure P-4), 2nd petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., 1973, bearing CRM- M-36476-2019, titled as “Pippal Singh & Another v. State of Punjab and Others”, was disposed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on an assurance that the State of Punjab would move the necessary transfer application before the Hon’ble Supreme Court for transferring the other 08 cases against petitioner containing the same allegations under the Collective Investment Scheme as defined under the Securities & Exchange Board of India Act, 1992. 2. In compliance of the order dated 27.05.2025, an additional affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, dated 10.08.2025, has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. 3. With reference to the affidavit referred to above, learned State counsel submits that the transfer petition has been filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and nothing substantive survives in the petition. 4. That being so, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 5. Rule is discharged. 6. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
