Padiyar, learned Senior Advocate representing Mapusa Municipal Council makes a categorical statement on receipt of instructions that the licence shall be issued in favour of the petitioner within a period of one week from today by taking into consideration the aforesaid corrigendum. 3. According to Mr Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, since the grievance in the petition is redressed, we dispose of the Writ Petition. Pending Misc.
