The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP-16903-2025, whereby the respondent was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 11.03.2019 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four months. 2. Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance with the order dated 15.07.2025, a speaking order dated 02.02.2026 has been passed. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners and the same is taken on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 02.02.2026 shows that order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP-16903-2025 has been complied with. -1- SHUBHAM 2026.02.18 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order COCP-5961-2025 4. In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is discharged. 5.
