Kanwar, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands complied with.

Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds that petitioner herein has been regularized w.e.f 04.03.2014 instead of 11.07.2017 against the post of Conductor from the date of his initial appointment in terms of mandate contained in the judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.1557-1564 of 2019 (Arising out of SLP© No.16158- 16165/2016), titled as HRTC Vs. Lekh Ram. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from today, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken towards implementation of the judgment/ order, sought to be executed in the instant proceedings.
