Heard Mr. Sammarth Singh Marhas, learned counsel for the petitioners, is present. 2. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the respondent to press this petition on repeated calls. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following prayers:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the proceedings in Case No. 05 of 2015 renumbered as Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 28 of 2018 (Monika Jaiswal Vs. Sumit Shivhare and others) pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Baikunthpur, District Koriya. This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass such other orders as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioners against the respondents.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein has withdrawn Case No. 05/2015 which has renumbered as MCRC No. 28/2018 and as such this petition has become infructuous. 5.
