The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue the sale deed for the market price within a stipulated time. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that already, two earlier writ petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed. 4. There is absolutely no mention about the said fact in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. 5. When this Court posed a question as to the non revealing of the said fact, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
