The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 289 of 2024 arising out of Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 920 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7799 of 2024 by order dated 10.12.2024. 4. On 15.04.2024, at about 10:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and raped her. 5. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case and the prosecution has examined three witnesses. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
