Present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), District Bijnor in Criminal Revision No.260 of 2024 and the impugned order dated 03.02.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, District Bijnor in Criminal Case no.2924 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No.142 of 2017, under Sections 147, 452, 325, 323, 354B, 498A, 427 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Noorpur, District Bijnor. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present case so that he could pursue the Application u/s 482 No.33834 of 2018 in which main proceeding of Criminal Case No.2924 of 2018 is under challenged. 4.
