Case No. 13 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 21© of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 690 bottles of codeine rich cough syrup, Exiplon Syrup 100 bottles, Spasmoproxyvan Plus 432 Capsule, Nitrosun 10-600 tablets, Nitravet 10- 21 tablets and Tazowyn 30 mg/ml 200 injections from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025. 5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
