Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the party respondents. 3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that, there is a case and a counter case registered against the petitioner's son and the party respondents. Subsequent to the interim order dated 25.02.2025, there has been no law and order problem. 4. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, I am of the view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by directing the 2nd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained in the petitioner's locality.
