Case No. 81 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act, subsequently, charged under Sections 363, 323, 377, 506 of the I.P.C. , Sections 04 (2)/6 read with Sections 5(1) and 08 of the POCSO Act and Sections 67/67-B of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Koderma. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have sodomized the son of the informant. 4. It appears that during the trial, the victim has supported the prosecution case. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
