The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No.226 of 2023, for offence registered under section 302/34 of the IPC, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegations are made that petitioner and others had requested the husband of the informant to carry them to railway station by Tempo. He further submits that the husband of informant was not well and he was also taking medicine. He also submits that co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4993 of 2024. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the forcefully they have taken the husband of the informant to railway station. 5. It has come in the order of the coordinate Bench that the husband of informant was taking medicine and that was not in dispute and he was having some heart ailment. The post-mortem report also suggest that death was due to heart ailment and doctor has not found any injury on person of the deceased and in identical situation the co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Hussainabad P.S. Case No.226 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 25.11.2025 SI/
