Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing the illegal appointment of respondent No.6 in view of the fact that the rules have not been followed with regard to the appointment of Additional Angan Badi Sewika, at Mahesiadighi Anganbadi Centre. 3. From record it appears that a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent Nos.3 to 5 on 27.06.2019 wherein at para 9 and 10 the respondents have stated that the allegation made in paragraph 20 to 27 of the instant writ petition against the State Respondents are incorrect and are denied. As a matter of fact, in compliance of direction vide 2025:JHHC:30847 2 Memo no.184 dated 06.02.2016, the residential certificate of the Respondent No.6 was taken up into consideration by Superior Officer as she has already submitted her acknowledgement of residential certificate on 18.01.2016 in the office and after adopting all the guidelines of the State for appointment of Additional Anganbari Sevika in Mahesiadighi Angan Badi Centre under Deori Block, selection merit list was published. 4. It has further been stated that before publishing final list for appointment of Additional Anganbari Sevika in Mahesiadighi Angan Bari Centre, Respondent No.5 perused the documents and found that the Petitioner-Smt. Bindu Kumari submitted her Intermediate passed Certificate, for which she obtained 15 points and also submitted residential certificate for which she obtained 15 points. In this way, she obtained altogether 30 points, whereas Smt. Sujata Ojha, Respondent No.6 submitted Graduate passed Certificate, for which she obtained 20 points and for acknowledgement of her residential certificate, she obtained 15 points. In this way she obtained altogether 35 points. Accordingly, Smt. Sujata Ojha-Respondent No.6 was selected for the post of Additional Anganbari Sevika in Maheshiyadighi Angan Bari Centre under Deori Block. 5. It further transpires that after perusal of all the documents available on record, as well as guideline of resolution no.2126 dated 21.03.2015 the final list for selection of Additional Anganbari Sevika for Maheshiyadighi Anganbari Centre under Deori Block was published. 2025:JHHC:30847 3 6. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and after perusal of documents annexed with the counter affidavit, it is apparent that there is no illegality and irregularity in the merit list of selection proceeding as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) OCTOBER 06, 2025 vikas/-
