Appeal No. 41 of 2024, whereby the appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1(r) CPC was dismissed and the earlier order dated 23.12.2024 passed by the Ld. Civil Judge Court No.2, Mandi in CMA No. 1128/2024.which was upheld. Grant interim relief by way of injunction restraining the respondent from raising any further construction or making any changes in the nature of the suit land.” 2. Besides this, the suit land shall not be alienated, nor any charge shall be created thereupon by the respondents without the leave of learned Trial Court.
