The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the revision case no.2313 of 2024 (Computerized case no.C202405000002313) (Ramtahal Vs. Shreeram and others) in proceeding under section 219 of U.P. Revenue Code, 1901, pending before the court of respondent no.2, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the averments made in the writ petition as well as annexures annexed thereto, it appear that the revision being Revision No.2313 of 2024 is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforementioned revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
