The present MCC has been preferred by the applicant under Order 44 Rule 1 of the C.P.C. seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is ready to deposit the Court Fee, therefore, the M.C.C. has become redundant. 3. Considering the submission, the present MCC is disposed off with a direction to the applicant to deposit proper Court Fee within two weeks and the Registry is directed to register the present MCC as first appeal if the applicant deposits proper Court Fee within stipulated time and list the case on 29th July, 2025.
