Considering the custody period of appellant and that the appeal is of 2018, the application for suspension of sentence application is disposed of as not pressed at this stage with the prayer that the main appeal be put for arguments on 04.08.2025. 3. It is clarified that in case the main appeal is not taken up for hearing or there is an inordinate delay in hearing the appeal, the applicant shall be at liberty for revival of this third suspension of sentence application.
