Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, after calling the record quash the order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure No.7) as well as order dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure NO. 5) along with final decree dated 01.07.2024. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent may be restrain not to interfere in the peaceful possession over the land in possession in regard to Khata NO. 0002 Khasra No. 2 area 0.7840 hectare. iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent not to create 3rd party interest." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
