Subsequently, there was requisition dated 11.3.2025, calling for explanation on allegation of suppression of information regarding criminal cases, in which his client is involved. By reply dated 24.3.2025, the explanation stood submitted. Prayer of his client for quashing the said requisition dated 11.3.2025. 2. He relies on order dated 19.1.2024 of co-ordinate Bench in a batch of writ petitions, lead case being Writ-C No. 41540 of 2023 (Pawan Kumar Rajbhar Vs. Union of India and two others). 3. Mr. Devendra Narayan Pandey, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there was suppression of information and accordingly, the requisition was made. 4. Considering the explanation required has been submitted, respondent no.2 is directed to consider the explanation and inform acceptance or rejection thereof to petitioner within three weeks from communication of certified copy of this order. 5.
