The present petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed by the petitioner in person with the following prayer :- “1. It is, respectfully prayed that the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner may kindly be called from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jagaldalpur District Bastar (C.G). 2. It is, respectfully prayed that the entire proceedings of Crime No. 402/2016 registered at police station Kotwali, Distrci Bastar (C.G), filing of charge sheet for offences punishable under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w section 34 of IPC and subsequent criminal proceedings initiated there from bearing Criminal Case No. 1556/2017 pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jagaldalpur District Bastar (C.G) may kindly be quashed in larger interest of Justice. 3. Any other further order(s) as deemed fit and necessary by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn as the charges have already been framed against the petitioner, the trial is in progress and evidence of 2 prosecution witnesses have already been recorded. 4.
