SOMA RAJU YELISETTI The Court made the following: ORDER This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 23.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7984 of 2022. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the Director of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Tadepalli, Guntur District vide Rc.No.Policy/1787094/2022, dated 04.02.2025. In the said proceedings, it is stated that the Junior Lecturers in Intermediate Education Department do not come within the zone of consideration and shall not be promoted to the next cadre of Principal in Government Junior Colleges. It is further stated in the said proceedings that the request of the petitioner for promoting as Principal in Government Junior College on par with his juniors is not feasible and his request is rejected. 3. Basing on the said instructions, learned counsel for the respondent submits that as the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, dated 23.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.7984 of 2022, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
