In terms of order dated 3rd August, 2026 Officer-in-charge, Titagarh Police Station has filed a communication dated 24th August, 2026 and same is taken on record. Copies of said communication are made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner and respondent nos. 7 and 8. 2. It is disclosed in communication dated 24th August, 2026 that on visiting premises of petitioner it was found that staircase was not blocked. 3. Learned advocate representing respondent nos. 7 and 8 being elder son and daughter-in-law has submitted on instruction that staircase 2 was made free from any blockage and petitioner is free to move using such staircase. 4. In view of disclosure in the communication dated 24th August, 2026 that staircase at the premises where petitioner is staying is not blocked at present no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition is disposed of. 5. However, concerned police authorities are directed to keep vigil over the premises in question in order to ensure that in future same problem may not recur. 6.
