Case No. 74 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 23.08.2024, dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown dacoits took away jewelries, cash and other articles from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R., nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Jitendra Paswan has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 381 of 2025. 5. Mr. Anuradha Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of the petitioners has been transpired in the confession of co- accused. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S.
