Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66 (B), 66 (C), 66(D), 84(C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar.

On 24.02.2025, Deoghar Cyber Police, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Amba forest area, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, one mobile phone was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since last nine months.

Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
