The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs:- “(i) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set- aside the impugned Charge Sheet Dated 22.04.2022 Annexed as ANNEXURE P/1 and Charge Sheet Dated 29.04.2022 Annexed as ANNEXURE P/2 issued against the petitioner. (ii) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set- aside the complete proceedings of the Departmental Enquiry initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner be set free of all the charges leveled against him. (iii) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner for which he is entitled after retirement which has been withheld because of the pendency of the Departmental Enquiry. (iv)The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favor of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that departmental enquiry has already been concluded and as such this petition has become infructuous and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He further seeks a liberty to file a fresh petition in case exigency arises. 3. Prayer being fair and reasonable is allowed. 4.
