By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks for an intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party for proper and fair investigation in the matter in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.699 of 2024. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the complaint filed by the Petitioner before the learned J.M.F.C.-II, Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.2214 of 2024, the learned court vide order dated 05.10.2024 directed the concerned Police for registration of the FIR and investigate in the matter. 4. Pursuant to such direction issued by the court concerned the FIR was registered in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.699 of 2024. The learned counsel expresses his anxiety to the fact that despite the registration of the FIR and direction has been given the Police sitting right over the matter not proceeding in accordance with law for investigation and its completion. 5. Needless to say that the court passing the direction for registration of the FIR and commencement of the investigation and to monitor the same and to ensure the authority to reach the conclusion in the investigation any dereliction in duty by the authority directed to bring the direction can be taken in accordance with law. No specific direction is required to be passed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Magistrate for redressal. 6.
