This appeal is directed against the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessons Judge-II, Latehar in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 47 of 2025 in connection with Latehar A.H.T.U. P. S. Case No. 05 of 2023, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that one Santosh had taken the victim to Delhi for the purposes of human trafficking, and on being tortured, she fled away from the said place and later on, her statement was recorded, in which she had stated about Santosh having taken her to Delhi and got her engaged through Dilip Mandal who happens to be the appellant in the present case. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that in the statement of the victim, the specific allegation of taking her to Delhi is against Santosh and so far as the appellant is concerned, he had merely engaged the victim in the house for domestic help for which he has been implicated. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the appellant. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the main allegation of human trafficking is against Santosh, we, while setting aside the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessons Judge-II, Latehar in connection with Latehar A.H.T.U. P. S. Case No. 05 of 2023, direct the appellant, above named, to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, the learned Trial Court shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with 2. Latehar A.H.T.U. P. S. Case No. 05 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. 7. This appeal is allowed.
