Petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 74 of 2025 arising out of Pandu P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with POCSO Case No. 74 of 2025 arising out of Pandu P.S.
