ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not

taking any action on the complaint given by the petitioner dt.18.11.2024 with regard to the Cognizable Offences that were occurred in the Tirupati Working Journalists Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Building Society Limited Regn AMC/CTR/DCO/2008/5 and to declare the same as illegal arbitrary unjust and also in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents especially 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint given by the Petitioner in accordance with law in the interest of justice”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner shall appear before the police and pursue his grievance, in accordance with law.
