These matters relate to adoption of the scheme of compassionate appointment to be followed by the respondents at the time of consideration of the prayer made for compassionate appointment. 2. The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authority to promulgate and device a scheme in terms of clause 13(vi) of the O.M dated 02.08.2022. 2 3. It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondents that the authority is following the scheme of compassionate appointment strictly in accordance with the O.M. dated 17.06.2022 followed by O.M. dated 02.08.2022. 4. As the authority is acting in terms of the scheme published by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, accordingly, nothing survives to be decided in the instant writ petitions. 5. The writ petitions stand disposed of. 6. As and when individual grievance of the petitioner arises, it will be open for the petitioner to agitate the same before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 7.
