Petitioner is presently serving as Staff Nurse at Indira Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Shimla. Her case is that having completed much more than the requisite tenure of service at the present place, she preferred representation on 02.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/ 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - competent authority, seeking transfer from the present placed of posting highlighting completion of her normal stay and certain adverse family circumstances. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
