PETA GNANA TEJA The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10648 of 2023 on 03.05.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.23,86,559/- to the petitioner within period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order…” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning produced a copy of instructions of the Principal Secretary to Government, dated 04.02.2025, wherein it is stated that the Finance Department has submitted LS 1st & part bill vide CFMS Bill ID No.2024-1394402 for Rs.17,66,054/-. The said bill is cleared in Finance on 03.02.2025 and payment is in progress with batch number 27086. 3. In view of the above instructions, the orders passed in W.P.No.10648 of 2023 on 03.05.2023 has been complied with. 4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if any amount is due to the petitioner, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
