Even in the order impugned, the Court had given liberty to the petitioner that if she wants permanent alimony, she is at liberty to file the fresh I.A. seeking the relevant documents. This Court is not able to understand how the petitioner is aggrieved by this order. As pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent, it appears that only for the purpose of dragging on the proceeding these kinds of applications are filed. 7. This Court finds no reason to interfere. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is dismissed. ii. All I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
