Narendar) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 2) In the Government Order, it is noted that the petitioner has served in all for 10 years and 01 month in accessible areas out of his total service of about 19 years, 2025:UHC:1920-DB 2 and, at present, he has been serving for more than 06 years in the present accessible area. 3) In that view of the matter, there being no other ground which would disentitle the petitioner from being transferred, we find no warrant to interfere with the order under challenge. 4) The writ petition being misconceived is, accordingly, rejected. 5) As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ________________ G.
