GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in interfering in civil dispute between the Petitioner and the 4th 5th and 6th Respondents and threaten the petitioners to pay money to the 4th 5th and Respondents and thereby interfering with personal liberty of the petitioners without any legal cause, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to interfere in interfere in civil dispute between the Petitioner and the 4th 5th and 6th Respondents and threaten the petitioners to pay money to the 4th 5thand 6th Respondents and pass….” 2. Heard Sri P.Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and further directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
