S V RAMANA The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of ADC / Controller as per the seniority and denying promotion contrary to the seniority list of conductors and drivers of 2 Visakhapatnam Region as illegal unjust and arbitrary contrary to Regulations and as such liable to be set aside in the interest of the justice and pass...” 2. Ms.Parveen, learned counsel representing Sri S.M.Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri T.Vinod Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC appearing on behalf of the respondents is present. 4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
