First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2024 passe in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.25254 of 2024 directing the court below to conclude the trial within a period of one year. 2. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not committed any offence. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.2.2023 and that in case the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and cooperate in the trial. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail. 4. The second bail application has been filed before this Court before conclusion of trial. No new ground is made out for entertaining this second bail application and the same is rejected.
