Reply to the application not filed despite opportunities granted. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submitted that though there is some delay in filing the application, but, the reason as to why the review is being sought of the judgment is 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 that the petition has been disposed of by the Court on the basis of the judgment in Bhagat Ram’s case, which has now been set aside by the Hon’ble Division Bench. 4. As this factual position is not disputed, therefore, in the interest of justice, this application is allowed. Delay in filing the Review Petition is condoned. Review Petition No.129 of 2025 5. Issue notice. Ms. Archana Dutt, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 6. By way of this Review Petition, the petitioners are seeking the review in the judgment passed by this Court, in terms whereof, the petition was disposed of in light of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.7870 of 2023, titled Lakhan Pal Mahajan versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 7. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that as the Hon’ble Division Bench has been pleased to set aside the judgment in Bhagat Ram’s case passed by the learned Single Judge and the case has been ordered to be restored to its original number with further direction that the case be heard on merit, the present Review Petition be allowed and the judgment passed in the case of the petitioners be also set aside. 3 8. As the factual position could not be disputed by the learned counsel for the non-review petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, this Review Petition is allowed and judgment dated 18.10.2023 is recalled and the writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number to be heard with Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others. Ordered accordingly. 9. Review Petition is allowed. Judgment passed in CWP No. 7870 of 2023, dated 18.10.2010 is recalled. The case is ordered to be restored to its original number and is directed to be listed alongwith CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others before appropriate Bench at the pleasure of Hon’ble the Chief Justice. 10.
