The Interim Order of this Court dated 16.06.2014 would indicate that this Court had given Interim Directions to the Respondent Authorities to act on the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 13.07.2013 (Ex.P.1). 3. Ms. CH. Swapna Priya, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Special Deputy Collector, dated 16.07.2025, along with the relevant documents. Copies of it are not supplied to the learned Counsel appearing for learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, as she is appearing online. The Written Instructions are taken on record. 4. The said related document is the final Order passed by the Special Deputy Collector, Tribal Welfare, Rampachodvaram, East Godavari District, in L.T.R.P. No.46/2014 dated 02.03.2017. 5. This Court perused the contents of the final Order passed by the Special Deputy Collector, Tribal Welfare, Rampachodvaram, East Godavari District, in L.T.R.P. No.46/2014 dated 02.03.2017. 6. The Operative portion of the said Order indicates that the Special Deputy Collector has rendered a finding that the dispute between the Writ Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent No.5 is essentially a civil dispute. It is 3 noticed that the Special Deputy Collector has passed a detailed speaking Order with proper reasons. 7. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the purpose for filing the present Writ Petition has already been served by the passing of the Order by the Special Deputy Collector dated 02.03.2017 in L.T.R.P. No.46/2014. 8. In terms of the Order dated 02.03.2017, the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law. It is clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 9. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 10.
