ORAL ORDER
This Court has disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.15013/2024 on terms which read as under:
[a] The petition is allowed directing the respondents to settle the petitioner's pension and other retiral benefits within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. [b] The petitioner to avail the benefit of time bound decision is reserved with liberty to file a representation with certified copy of this order within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. - 3 -

[c] The first and second respondents shall enquire into the reason, if there is any, for failure to initiate action for commencement of disciplinary proceedings in the present case and issue show cause notice to the concerned and file a report in this regard with the registry within a period of four [4] months from today.
Sri Abhishek N.V., the learned counsel for the review petitioner, submits that the present petition is filed along with an application for condonation of delay because the respondents have not settled the pension and retiral benefits despite specific directions and the apprehension that the petitioner would be denied the interest is because it is not specifically stated in the first direction. This Court must observe that if the respondents have not complied with the specific time bound directions, the review petitioner must workout her remedy in accordance with law, and as regards the

apprehension that the petitioner would not be paid interest because of this Court's direction which reads that ' directing the respondents to settle the petitioner's pension and other retiral benefits', would encompass her right to interest, if permitted under the Rules.
